This seminar takes place every 2nd Saturday of the each month from 10 am to 12.30pm.

You are welcome to attend an informal talk on world spiritual traditions and philosophies and participate in discussions.

The topics are suitable for anyone interested in the Spiritual growth- whether psychotherapist/counsellor, student or layperson - as long as you are interested in your personal growth and feel committed to self-enquiry and the spiritual quest.

Meera is a UKCP Accredited qualified psychotherapist and trainer.

Meera works as a supervisor, psychotherapist and counsellor trainer at a number of agencies and academic institutions. She works towards bridging the gap between Western psychology and Eastern spirituality to promote universal unity.Meera is the founder and Director of the Centre for Spiritual and Transpersonal Studies (CSTS), London, which offers a variety of courses and workshops.
