is it?
Psychotherapy
provides a regular and safe place for an individual to explore
thoughts and feelings with a person trained to listen with attention.
Therapist is a person with highly developed understanding and
ability to reflect upon what is being said in a non judgmental
way. The therapeutic relationship offers non-directive support
to guide a person to discover their own resources for resolving
problems and easing emotional pain.
In the first one or two sessions, the therapist agrees with
a client a working contract which includes:

day and time for meeting
- Payment for therapy
sessions
- Arrangement for cancelled
sessions and holidays
- Duration of therapy
period
- All information disclosed
by a client remains strictly confidential

Who carries out therapy?

YOU are the most important person
in carrying out therapy. Your therapist's role is to guide you,
support you and serve you during your journey of self discovery
in therapy.
Meera Sharma is a fully qualified Humanistic, Integrative psychotherapist
and transpersonal trainer and therapist. As a passionate transpersonal
trainer and a transpersonal therapist she brings holistic richness
to her approach to therapy.

Culture has a great influence on health. Meera brings her vast and rich experience in working with transcultural and multicultural issues and can converse in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. She provides therapy for individuals, couples and families.
Costs depend upon the nature and duration of your therapy.
Minimum fee is £45/- per50 min. session
