CFTS PRESENTS: “EXPLORING DEATH & DYING”

One-Day Workshop
Saturday 17 February 2007
10 am – 5 pm

Presented by Meera Sharma

OVERVIEW:
This workshop will explore what is understood by death, a gentle work that encourages you to reconsider the perspective you hold, not only on death but on life itself. The workshop is based on a Buddhist approach that may help you to reflect on your own views. We work with practical guidance and the spiritual vision of the Dalai Lama to bring new inspiration to a subject that we in the West have long ignored. The workshop suggests that by facing the end of our lives, we can fully live in the present.

The workshop will also investigate the transpersonal and personal experience of death by looking into your meaning of ‘Is death an ending?’
