Introduction to Transpersonal Studies

This introductory course provides an overview of the Trinity Model of consciousness, which encompasses body, mind and soul. Also, it briefly examines some of the world’s mystical and esoteric traditions, including alchemy, the chakras and kabbala. It provides the learner, therefore, with a taste of the transpersonal approach, especially in relation to the spiritual learning of both West and East. In addition, it allows for an informed decision as to whether to continue its study along the path of personal unfolding.

Entry requirement:
The topics selected for this course are suitable for anyone interested in the transpersonal work – whether psychotherapist/counsellor, student or layperson – as long as you are committed to self-enquiry and the spiritual quest.

Starting date & Enrolment:

Next course begins on 2nd February, 2008. Duration of course will be 10 weeks, 3 hour session per week with half an hour tea break.

This course guides you to build up your character and learn to manifest your Real Nature and call it up in everyone you come across. The Soul purpose of this course is to provide guidance to those who believe in their divine potential and want to connect with this knowledge within.

This ‘Advance Guidance Course’ is for those people who have done some transpersonal work on themselves and are on their advance journey from heart to soul. To reduce the distance between head and heart requires building bridges across psycho-spiritual, cultural and language gaps. Consciousness, as understood within the realms of psychology, and further related to eastern wisdom, is an attempt to understand the depth of inner knowledge of Self, as translated into Transpersonal Psychology.

Starting date & Enrolment:
This course will also be used as assessment tool for those candidates who want to by pass Introduction or Certificate courses for joining our diploma course. It is a 10 week (30 hours) course; CPD Certificate will be given.

This level of transpersonal study provides a firm foundation in the Trinity Model of consciousness. It both initiates and grounds the process, during which the student comes to accept the value inherent in all major spiritual traditions. The learner, therefore, increases knowledge and experience while learning to accept difference.

The Certificate requires two one-day retreats and one weekend retreat. The price of these, although outside the basic course cost, will be kept as low as possible.

The Certificate Course runs on Fridays mornings and Wednesday evenings, commencing January and September each year. The course is divided into three terms of 10 weeks each, with half-term breaks of one week each.

Duration of course is One year, Jan to December.

The first year of the Diploma involves one weekend silent retreat and a two-day weekend retreat. The price of these, although outside the basic course cost, will be kept as low as possible.

During the second year of the Diploma (provisionally commencing January 2008), the student learns to integrate both the external and internal worlds, integrating body, mind soul to experience the wholeness of His/her being. In particular, learners become more aware of their own level of consciousness and are able to work more independently.

Practitioners

Please note that people who wish to apply these spiritual qualities in the healing professions ( Psychotherapy/ Counselling) should make use of additional modules that will be offered in the first year of the Diploma (four modules of 3.5 hours each) and in the second year (seven modules of 3.5 hours).

10 weeks course, certificate provided for CPD. £350/- for CFTS members & students, £400/- for non-members

Personal and Spiritual Development Course
8 weeks course, CPD certificate provided at the end of course.

Certificate in Transpersonal Studies
This is 1 year course and pre- requisite to Diploma Course.
Costs: £ 1388/- only
Registration fee: £50/-. Not included in the course fee.
Retreat costs are not included in the course fee.

Diploma in Transpersonal Studies
This is a 2 year course. Costs (remain the same for each year) :
£1627.00 for each year.
Registration fee: £50/- not included in the course fee.
