Spirituality is the science and the art of self-transformation; of elevating one’s existing consciousness to “Higher” levels of consciousness. Spirituality is about discovering the relationship between the macro unseen, the soul within us and with the Macro Unseen, the Consciousness, as God. This introductory course provides an overview of the Trinity Model of consciousness, which encompasses body, mind and soul. Find out more about this course.
